The rainy Jukai forest is beautiful.
A gentle rain is just right for a walk.
Another good thing about a rainy day is that it frees us from the need to see the famous views.
The rain changes our perspective.
Instead of looking into the distance, we begin to look closely at our feet.
It brings a quiet joy to find a small world there.
Without chasing a destination, just looking at what is right in front of us.
It becomes, somehow, simple and pleasant.
It feels like a proper rainy season this year.
Not bad at all.
